 In a move that was long overdue Jeremy Kusner Productions along with their partner companies within the group became the proud new owners of a new building in Dec 2009. We had been looking for a new base of operation for over two years now commented Jeremy Kusner. We where very particular about what we wanted and where we wanted to be. Our old building was busting at the seams.
The new building is situated in the Longmeadow Business Estate Area, which is regarded as the No.1 Industrial Address in South Africa. The new building boasts a 1000 plus square metre warehouse, loading bays and parking facilities for customers and staff all set on a 2600 square metre property. Included in the double story office section is +- 400 square metres of fully airconditioned reception, show rooms meeting rooms and office space. Besides the shocking service received from Telkom and their inability to provide telephones and ADSL services, we have settled in nicely.
By aquiring the new space to operate from, it allows Jeremy Kusner Productions to expand its operation and ensure a great quality control, as none of our equipment is left outdoors. Incorporated in the building are the companies Black Ball & Big Foot Promotions, sister companies to JK. This is exciting times for us said Kusner. We look forward to more of our clients visiting our show room
Longmeadow is a boomed office access controlled park and boasts 24 hour security. The estate is very well maintained. Our neighbours within the longmeadow estate include some of South Africa's top 500 companies. Pick n Pay Distribution Centre, Nashua, Bidvest to mention a few.
